Kourtney welcomes licensed marriage and family therapist / sex therapist Ilana Grines back to the podcast this week to discuss sexual health.  They chat about the importance of sexual health for mental health, as well as communication, boundaries and more.  Ilana suggests some ideas for couples to explore their relationship and Kourtney offers advice for long distance relationships.  They answer some listener questions and explore why more people held back on asking their questions.
